The Tri-Cities Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Race Conscious goal of 9.16% for Federal Aviation Administration funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2022 through 2024. The proposed goal and its attendant methodology are available for inspection online at https://www.flytricities.com.

The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs are designed to help ensure
there is a level playing field for socially and economically disadvantaged
firms to compete for airport contracting and concession opportunities.
